Information you send
When you submit a free-trial form, the website records the details you enter so Martial Arts Lifestyle can respond to your enquiry. This normally includes your name, the student’s name when supplied, a mobile number or email address, and an optional programme choice.
How it is used
Your information is used to contact you about the class or question you selected. It is not sold. DojoOS processes and manages the enquiry, using Supabase infrastructure to receive the form submission. Netlify hosts this website.
Retention and your choices
Only keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed for follow-up, administration and any legal obligations. You can ask the academy to correct or remove information held about your enquiry by calling 07414 222 382.
Cookies and measurement
This build does not set advertising cookies by default. If analytics or advertising measurement is added later, the site owner should update this notice and use consent controls where required.
